What Is Involved In Teeth Whitening?
Your free consultation will include an x-ray and examination from our experienced Dr. Omid Barkhordar, to make sure your teeth are healthy enough for the whitening treatment. He will discuss all the whitening options that are available and work with you to develop an individualized treatment plan.
If the standard teeth whitening is selected, special whitening trays will be placed over your teeth for several hours, going past the tooth’s surface to visibly reverse stains. We can also place specialized bleaching treatments directly onto your teeth.
If you select the Zoom! teeth whitening treatment, we’ll first apply a special solution to protect your lips and gums from any irritation. Our specially formulated whitening gel is then carefully applied to the surface of each tooth to guarantee a consistently beautiful smile. We then shine our state-of-the-art light on your teeth for about an hour.
While you sit back and relax, the Zoom! process goes beyond the surface of your teeth to eliminate years of stains. We complete the process with a fluoride treatment to protect your teeth and ensure a long-lasting, gorgeous smile.
